The level 1-4 rebalance mentioned has already been implemented on beta, so surely that will come together with everything else. The selection kit information is also out of date. The Arc, Atomium (Atom), and Observatory (Obs) These three buildings all donate goods of your current age to the guild treasury, making them greatly appreciated by the guild as a whole when a member has one or more. Treasury donations help with GE and GvG, making these buildings invaluable for that alone.

That said after evaluating it, if i hadn't already had it, i probably wouldnt build it. It gives 80 fps and takes 25 plots. So i guess it's still worth the space since it's already raised. I'm a guild founder and it won't let me unlock the second level expeditions. It takes you to what I assume is a list of all the goods in my guilds treasury with two numbers by each good (example iron 1455/12) which I assume you need to donate 12 iron to unlock iron portion of the total donation needed to unlock the expedition.

In the first week of GE 5 in my guild of 11 members who almost always all complete GE4, we had 6 players finish level 5, 2 players do most of the level, 2 barely start it, and 1 decide to ignore it. But based on internal feedback so far, I'd guess maybe 2 or 3 are enthusiastic with a few others dubious but willing to wait and see how it goes ...

You don't *need* 100 for sure though, in any age - you can manage to win with slightly lower stats, you can augment with fortifications. And it's better than your existing attack buildings so a place to put it is easy, remove your worst buildings.
