Anyone know the max distance you can be from the base of a pointed dripstone for it to drip? I'm trying to make a lava farm for a super smelter but the main source doesn't drip the lava when I'm on the ground, I have to be up the scaffolding a good bit for it to start.

Description. This bug is a parity issue. When you try to fill the cauldron using water/lava drips from the dripstone, it doesn't fill the cauldron at all. 1. Create a water/lava source. 2. Place pointed dripstones (at least 3-4 blocks tall from top to bottom) underneath the block below the water/lava source.If your world has absolutely 0 structures or lava pools, there is no way to get stone/cobblestone. There is an overcomplicated method of getting stone. First, you need to get water by killing zombies to get iron, crafting it into a cauldron and a bucket, and waiting for the cauldron to fill up from rain.
